Telecom Network Operation
Whether you are in call center operations or manage a network operations center, a display wall can provide a common information sharing platform.
By tiling multiple display wall cubes together into a large overview display, you are able to share more information than is available on any single computer monitor. This display wall then allows a network operations center to see the entire network topology in enough detail to distinguish where an outage or congestion occurred. Likewise in call center operations a display wall can provide vital system status information, geographic television news, etc., to ensure issues are handled quickly and accurately.
With so much information spanning over multiple display wall cubes, it is important that they match both in color and brightness. That’s why our display wall cubes utilize proprietary circuitry to ensure proper matching between screens. Additionally our display wall cubes utilize automatic calibration to maintain a low cost of ownership.
With industry–leading brightness and contrast our displays can be utilized in high ambient lighting conditions, finally allowing operators to work under normal office lighting conditions.
Since your call center operations or network operations center is unique, we offer a number of display wall options to custom fit your environment.
Benefits for this environment
Low Cost of Ownership
Due to our reliability, lamp life, and maintenance saving features, you will enjoy low cost of ownership for the life of the display wall.
The best protection from downtime is not through redundancy, but through reliability. Mitsubishi Display Wall cubes will prove to be highly reliable components of your control room system.
High Brightness and Contrast Ratio
Mitsubishi’s brightness and contrast ratio are among the highest in the industry. Images are clear, sharp, and easy to read reducing eye strain and fatigue for the operators.
Automatic Intensity Management
The most common cause of color differences between adjacent screens is brightness intensity differences. Mitsubishi’s Dynamic Brightness Balancing™ circuitry checks and matches adjacent cubes every 2 seconds to ensure proper intensity matching.
Automatic Color Space Management
Mitsubishi utilizes a sophisticated color space management circuit that allows fine tuning of color space to meet stringent color settings. Because the system can be set to user defined target color spaces, the system can automatically adjust color space to compensate for newly introduced optical components.
Dual Redundant Lamps LED Light Source Options
Redundant lamps offer the ability to minimize downtime due to lamp failures. Lamps change within 15 seconds, which includes automatic adjustment of color space and brightness intensity.
